has been a Group Exercise Instructor for over twelve years, teaching a variety of classes at fitness clubs throughout the Bay Area. She began her study of Pilates six years ago though private training sessions at several different Pilates studios in Silicon Valley. After two pregnancies her enthusiasm and passion for Pilates only deepened when she discovered that Pilates was the ultimate way to build strength and alleviate pelvic and low back pain and help regain her core strength. Jenny recently completed the intensive Body Arts and Science International™ Comprehensive Teacher Training Course which covered a fundamental understanding of applied anatomy, physiology and the theory of movement while offering a comprehensive curriculum in the correct and appropriate application of the complete Pilates repertoire (mat and equipment work).
Jenny uses the Pilates method to address all body types and ages from fitness clients who want a great workout, to rehabilitating clients who need to resolve imbalances and injuries. In both private lessons and group classes, Jenny is excited to use her love of teaching to assist others in their path towards physical strength, flexibility, balance and body awareness.
